A Chance In The World - Companion Reads

Mention of books appear a number of times in the author Steve Pemberton’s story;  such as, Robert's Rules of Order, Watership Down, and in the ending where he reads his son’s favorite book to him, an Aesop Fable, the Lion and the Mouse.  These books are symbolic and gave young Steve Pemberton the will to survive, resilience, a sense of what was right and wrong, and hope for the future.  As you read and look further, here are some companion books and media on related topics that we suggest.
