Drew Dunphy, Provost's Fellow for Professional Development, is an Associate Professor in the English Department. Prior to joining Massasoit, Drew taught at New York University and designed professional development programs for teachers in New York City's public high schools through several organizations, including New Visions for Public Schools the Lincoln Center Institute. Outside the halls of academia, Drew is a musician and songwriter who performs and records with the trio Electric Standard.
As Provost's Fellow, Drew organizes and facilitates workshops and other professional development opportunities to help faculty and staff think critically about their practice, collaborate with colleagues, and develop innovative ways to support student success. Drew also provides support to academic departments and faculty through individual consultations, workshop facilitation and classroom observations.
