Program Details

Massasoit Community College provides the following technology to assist you as you complete your courses:

  • For: various math classes 
  • Semester Cost: None
  • Lost/Replacement Fee: up to $150

  • For: most online courses
  • Semester Cost: None
  • Lost/Replacement Fee: up to $1,000

wifi icon Hotspot

  • For: Internet Access via the cellular network
  • Semester Cost: None
  • Lost/Replacement Fee: up to $100

     Windows Laptop

  • For: most online courses
  • Semester cost: None
  • Lost/Replacement fee: up to $1,200
   Any replacement fees for any items will be charged to your student bill. Both the item and the charging cord must be returned to avoid a replacement fee. 
   All pickups take place at the Brockton campus library. 

Technology Agreement Form

  Fill out this form when picking up your device at the library. This is NOT an application form, and the library will not contact you to follow up if you fill out the form in advance. You must come in to the Brockton campus library to pick up your device. Please check the library website for our current hours. All devices are first come, first served, and are not guaranteed to be in stock.

Emergency Laptop Use for Students

 computer iconThe Brockton library has a limited number of laptops available for same-day, emergency use:

  • These devices must stay on campus and must be returned to the library prior to closing. 
  • Devices are available at the library front desk and can be checked out on the fly; you do not need an appointment. 
  • A current ID and a signed loan agreement are required.
