Accessing Materials from Off-Campus

New

All you need to do to access library resources from off-campus is log in with your Massasoit username and password.

After you enter a search into the "Discover Library Resources" search box or select a specific database, this box will pop up:

Massasoit Community College authentication form for off campus access

Simply enter your username and password and click the Login button! After you successfully log in, you will be brought to the resource.

Need help with your username or password? Call the IT Help Desk at 508-588-9100 x1139.

Having trouble?

Remember to connect through the library web site to access library databases

The databases recognize that you are a Massasoit user through IP address recognition. From off campus, you should be prompted for your Massasoit user name and password. If this is not happening for you, please contact us!

Register your card

Your library barcode is on the back of your Student ID. You will need to register it in order to:

  • Borrow books from the library
  • Request books from other libraries to be sent to Massasoit
  • Read eBooks from OverDrive on your computer.
  • Read eBooks and listen to audiobooks using the OverDrive or Libby app
  • Read eMagazines from RBDigital on your computer or by using the app

Not Registered? Registration is easy!

Simply stop by the main desk at one of the libraries (Brockton or Canton) with your Student ID. If that is not convenient, you can register online using the link below.
