The Ask A Librarian app makes it easy to contact us via phone, email, and most importantly, chat!
The app is very easy to use. Simply install it, search for us either by name or location, click on View and you are ready to go. There is a chat history feature that allows you to view previous chats, and you can add us to your favorites to make it easy to find us again.
Look for Ask A Librarian (by Nub Games, Inc.) in your device's app store.
After you install the app and open it, search for Massasoit, either by using your location (location services have to be turned on) or searching for Brockton, Canton, or Middleborough MA.
Click on your closest red location symbol, and then click on the blue View button.
You are all set and ready to chat with us! Scroll to the bottom of that screen to add us to your favorites!
